Job Summary
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates at Your Wireless. Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise staff; meet and exceed personal and team KPIs and sales volume; develop team members for advancement; ensure location operates under Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines; manage promotional rollouts and inventory procedures; model professional conduct and customer-focused leadership. Requires ability to travel to multiple locations within the assigned district, work evenings/weekends/holidays, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar retail leadership role
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required
- Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team members
- Ability to travel to various locations within assigned district as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Spanish-speaking preferred
