Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer Your Wireless seeks an experienced Bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead and coach Verizon Wireless Sales Associates across multiple states (CT, LA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA). Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team; driving personal and location KPIs and sales volume; coaching team for exceptional customer experiences; developing team members for advancement; ensuring store operations comply with Verizon and Your Wireless guidelines; executing promotions and inventory procedures on time; modeling professional conduct; and traveling as needed within the district. Required: 2+ years in a similar retail leadership role; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; proven sales and leadership achievements; strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills; ability to travel between locations; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar retail leadership role
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles
- Ability to travel to various locations in assigned district
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Spanish-speaking preferred
