Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience by educating customers on Verizon products and services and guiding them through the selection and purchasing process. Drive sales to meet and exceed location production standards, handle customer situations to satisfaction, support store management tasks, complete trainings, and develop skills for career advancement. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), able to travel to multiple locations in the district, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable with a strong base pay plus uncapped commissions and a benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role (preferred)
- ability to travel to various locations in assigned district
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- proof of work eligibility in the US
- background check willingness
