Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer experience in a Verizon Wireless retail environment by educating customers on Verizon products and services and guiding them through the selection and buying process. Drive sales to meet and exceed location production standards while leveraging a strong uncapped commission structure. Build rapport with customers, handle inquiries, and educate on features; participate in outbound activities to attract customers to the store; support store leadership and team through trainings and tasks; be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel within the district as needed; demonstrate bilingual communication (English/Spanish) to serve a diverse customer base. The role emphasizes customer-focused selling, product knowledge, achievement in sales and customer service, and opportunities for career advancement within Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to travel to various locations in assigned district
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail and wireless products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide work eligibility in the US
- Willing to submit to a background check
