Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate sought by Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, to deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating customers on Verizon products and services and guiding them through the purchase process. Responsibilities include creating an ideal customer experience, assisting customers through the sales process, educating customers on offerings, producing sales to meet/exceed production standards, handling customer situations to satisfaction, assisting store leadership, completing required training, and developing skills for career advancement. Required: 1+ years in a retail role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to travel within the district, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual (Spanish) capability is implied by the role title; compensation includes a strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, benefits, and employee discounts. The position is full-time, based in Bronx, NY, US, with eligibility to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
