Job Summary
Conduct new home orientations and walkthroughs for buyers, ensuring all details are reviewed, documented, and potential construction items are logged on-site. Meet with clients to explain procedures and answer questions while maintaining regular communication with the Director of Field Operations regarding progress. Provide prompt, professional customer service to new home buyers and builders across Florida City, Miami, and surrounding areas. Requires bilingual English and Spanish skills, a valid driver's license, and availability for 2-3 days per week Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English + Spanish)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must reside in or near Florida City, FL
- Regular local travel throughout Florida City, FL, Miami and surrounding areas is required
- Flexibility and availability are essential
- Residential construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience conducting walkthroughs and documenting construction-related items is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with homeowners, builders, and internal teams
- Proficient with iPad, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF Expert, and Adobe PDF
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during fieldwork
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
