Job Summary
As a Bilingual Vehicle Intake Specialist at Pull-A-Part, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers selling vehicles at our store. You’ll evaluate vehicles for purchase, process titles and ownership documents, and ensure all transactions meet company standards while delivering friendly, professional service. You will use company systems to determine accurate vehicle purchase prices, maintain organized work areas, communicate market trends and pricing updates to leadership, and support other retail and operational duties as needed. Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication, customer service, and administrative skills, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, are essential. The role requires standing and walking, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work retail hours including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail, customer service, or vehicle purchasing
- Experience reviewing or managing car titles and paperwork
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
