Job Summary

Engage with customers to establish rapport, provide consultative financial advice, and complete account openings, maintenance, and loan applications. Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments while maintaining cash drawer balances and resolving discrepancies. Handle inbound and outbound calls to build relationships, recommend products, and solve issues proactively. Promote digital banking solutions and connect customers with experienced partners to meet their full financial needs. Meet quarterly banker minimum standards, participate in sales and training meetings, and adhere to federal banking regulations and compliance policies. Work independently, manage time effectively, and remain flexible to accommodate branch staffing needs. This role supports Midwest BankCentre's mission to lift communities through shared prosperity and diversity.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Willing and able to travel to other locations/branches
  • Willing and able to work required overtime
  • Full time employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • Evenings and weekends may be required as necessary
  • Ability to lift files
  • Ability to open filing cabinets
  • Ability to bend or stand on a stool as necessary
  • Regularly required to talk

  • Understanding of federal banking regulations
  • BSA knowledge
  • USA Patriot Act knowledge

  • Notary Public knowledge
