Job Summary
Bilingual Universal Banker responsible for branch customer experience through sales, service and digital engagement of Consumer and Business Banking customers. Supports daily branch operations as a Teller and handles customer appointments and walk-ins, identifying customer needs, referring complex cases to the appropriate team, and educating customers on banking solutions. Drives adoption of digital capabilities, explains loan criteria, completes servicing tasks, processes customer transactions, and ensures AML/BSA/KYC compliance. Aims to retain and expand Customer and Business Banking relationships, promote a differentiated experience through strong communication, empathy, and collaboration, and operate within bank risk and regulatory standards. Located at the Larchmont, NY branch.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience
- Ability to fluently communicate both verbally and in writing with bank customers in English and a second language
- Proficiency with internet user-level technology
