Job Summary
Unit Manager leading a Janitorial team in Madison, WI, overseeing a defined area of cleaning operations and supervising EC employees. Responsibilities include customer service excellence, quality control, employee development, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining schedules. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), possess a valid driver license with insurable driving record, reliable vehicle, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid vacation/holidays, sick days, and more. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2nd shift (5:30 pm–2:00 am); starting wage around $20+/hr depending on experience; full-time position with potential supervisory duties and performance of essential duties as described.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months Supervisory experience
- Per the Education and/or Experience requirement: three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish - Written and Spoken
- Valid Driver License and insurable driving record
- Reliable vehicle
- Criminal background check and Drug Testing Required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
