Job Summary
Oversee janitorial operations in the Waukesha County area by conducting quality control inspections, ensuring contract specifications are met, and resolving service issues promptly. Train, coach, and develop cleaning staff while monitoring performance and attendance to foster a positive work environment. Maintain strong customer relationships and handle hands-on support activities alongside employees during training. This bilingual role requires supervisory experience in the cleaning industry, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time, Monday–Friday shifts run from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM with occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry or related field
- Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record
- Reliable vehicle and transportation
- Criminal background check required
- Drug testing required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
