SubroIQ is seeking a Bilingual UM Subrogation Specialist to handle collections, negotiate claims, and manage accounts in a customer service-oriented role at ARMStrong Insurance Services.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of 3rd party collections and/or subrogation experience required
- Customer Service experience is REQUIRED
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry, and strong computer skills, Excel preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented
- Ability to deescalate adverse situations
- Exercise independent judgment
- Negotiate settlements
