Job Summary
Travel Nurse Practitioner responsible for delivering personalized care to patients primarily with chronic kidney disease (CKD) through end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Key responsibilities include comprehensive health assessments, documentation and coordination of care with various providers, patient education, and follow-up on health outcomes. Must have the ability to travel extensively, work autonomously, and utilize medical instruments. Requires proficiency in health records management and a sound understanding of healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner
- Board certified for appropriate licensure (NP: ANCC/AANP)
- Current and unrestricted DEA certificate, or eligibility
- 2 or more years of Nurse Practitioner experience
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel extensively by air and utilize rental vehicles
- Access to transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance
