Job Summary
Bilingual Trainer (Days) responsible for translating material and conversations into Spanish for the employee base, supporting onboarding and developing operational competency for new hires/new roles. Plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of translated content, drafting SOPs/job content, and assisting in open enrollment and company programs. Requires fluent Spanish, ability to translate both spoken and written material, and strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Scheduling flexibility to cover day shifts and multiple shifts as needed; primarily on-site at the Minnesota facility to support GMP, safety, and quality practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Translation/production work-related experience preferred
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish required
- Ability to understand Spanish written language required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues
- Display sensitivity to different cultures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships
