Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of at-risk youth and families involved in the juvenile justice system to identify systemic factors and develop individualized Multisystemic Therapy treatment plans. Provide direct, intensive, home-based therapeutic interventions to adolescents and their families while implementing crisis management strategies for immediate safety concerns. Collaborate with external stakeholders including social services, schools, and courts to support client progress, maintaining accurate documentation of sessions and outcomes. Requires valid driver's license, ability to travel an average of 90 minutes from Secaucus, NJ, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Annual salary $60,000-65,000.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Bachelor's Degree considered with experience
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must live within a 90-minute travel time from the designated service area
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice
