Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient treatment to individuals with a history of problem sexual behavior in a collaborative fashion with CTPSB Therapists. Deliver direct services in both English and Spanish to help clients identify triggers, manage risk factors, learn socially acceptable behaviors, and set positive future goals to prevent reoffending. Work with Adult Services staff to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients in the community. Requires a Master's degree, licensure eligibility, two years of experience, and bilingual Spanish skills. Full-time, 40-hour Monday-Friday first shift position with statewide coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in counseling or social work field
- Must be eligible for licensure as LMSW, LPCA, MFTA or higher
- 2 years of related experience in the field of social work and/or behavioral health
- Valid Connecticut driver's license
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Bilingual in Spanish
