Job Summary
Manage assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed, conducting assessments including review of referral information, identifying key participants, and developing individualized treatment plans. Maintain clear documentation of treatment efforts in electronic health records to promote peer and supervisory review while complying with agency, ACS, and model mandates. Build relationships with community stakeholders such as child protection services, Guardians ad Litem, and judges to ensure provider cooperation. Accompany families and clients to psychiatric and community appointments, attend weekly supervision, consultation, and on-call meetings, and manage extensive travel requirements. Provide 24/7 coverage during the week and participate in a weekend on-call rotational schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related subject area
- 1 year of clinical experience
- Masters's Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution
- Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution
