Bilingual Telehealth Physician - New Mexico (English/Spanish)

Conduct comprehensive telehealth initial visits for enrolled members to synthesize complex medical and social histories, identify clinical priorities, and establish prioritized goals. Create concise, actionable clinical plans and handoffs for Community Health Workers, LCSWs, and care navigators while documenting findings in the EMR. Provide clinical guidance on escalation pathways and program workflows during the pilot. Build rapid clinical rapport with members and caregivers using your full clinical judgment. This role offers clinical autonomy without productivity quotas or templated box-checking. You work as a remote, flexible 1099 independent contractor with part-time, virtual visits and EMR documentation.
