Job Summary
BCBA leadership role in a telehealth ABA program serving children with autism across NM and CO. Lead and mentor RBTs, develop and implement ABA treatment plans, conduct behavior/functional analyses, and collaborate with families to set goals and deliver family training. Leverage technology to support assessments, asynchronous supervision, and clinical management while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care and adherence to regulations. Strong focus on clinical leadership, data tracking, progress reporting, and discharge planning within a mission-driven, technology-forward care model.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
- Master's Degree in Psychology or related field with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
- Two or more years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments/analyses and development/implementation of functional behavior plans
- Telehealth supervision experience (1+ year)
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, database management, record keeping)
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Effective oral and written communication
- Experience with confidentiality and documentation
- Managerial experience or demonstrated leadership in supervising RBTs/BTs
- Memberships to state and national professional associations recommended
