Job Summary
Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle, creating a world-class experience. Build and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume creation, and interviewing techniques. Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging various tools and technologies, including in-house AI tools, to identify the best talent for specific customer requirements. Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions and leverage market expertise to advise account managers on skill-set availability and hiring timelines. Negotiate unique compensation packages to attract and hire candidates for our clients' needs. This role begins with an extensive hands-on training program where you will work with an Onboarding Coach to learn recruiting fundamentals before moving into the full recruiter position.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalauréat OU expérience militaire OU diplôme d'études supérieures et au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle OU 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un rôle de contact avec la clientèle
- 100% fluency in both French and English, written and oral
- Bachelor's Degree OR Diploma and at least 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience in a customer facing role
- Enthusiasm to network and build strong relationships with others while maintaining high ethical standards
- The preference and ability to work in a team environment and the ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
- A desire for a career in a commission driven, performance-based environment where it is necessary to quickly and consistently identify and pursue beneficial new opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that are leveraged to seek out others' perspectives by asking good questions
- An eagerness to learn is necessary with enthusiasm to experiment to find best possible solutions
- This position is 100% on site, Monday-Friday in our downtown Montreal location
