Bilingual TBRI Practitioner

Conduct intensive case management and family support services for kinship caregivers and children, delivering in-home therapeutic support and behavioral stabilization. Perform family assessments, develop service plans, and coordinate community resources while facilitating caregiver support groups and training. Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and advocacy by partnering with schools, courts, DFPS, therapists, and other stakeholders. Maintain consistent engagement through regular home visits and communicate via a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.
