Bilingual Talent Sourcing Partner within the Talent Acquisition team responsible for owning and shaping sourcing strategy for critical, hard-to-fill, and strategic talent segments across Canada. Lead proactive outbound sourcing, build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines, develop talent maps and market intelligence, and partner with stakeholders to inform hiring strategy and compensation signals. Role requires strong proficiency in English and French, experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM), and a track record of influencing talent decisions in regulated or complex environments. Hybrid work with in-office and remote options across multiple Canadian cities; responsibilities include talent mapping, outreach, pipeline development, and improving sourcing efficiency to support executives and hiring leaders.
