Job Summary
Bilingual Talent Advisor (English and Spanish) for Surge Staffing. Full-time internal role. Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates; recruit, interview and match employee skills to client needs; develop leads and retain clientele; maximize billable hours; conduct service calls and outside sales; present Surge Staffing products/services; implement marketing programs; recruit/train/retain temporary staff; resolve issues for both associates and customers; perform varied administrative tasks; requires at least 1 year of sales experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with MS Office and ability to travel to various locations are expected. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred
- Must be able to read, speak and write in English and Spanish
- Must have sales experience at least 1 year
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites as needed
- Sales-minded, team-oriented and exceptionally calm under pressure
