Job Summary
Bilingual Talent Advisor responsible for delivering superb customer service to clients and temporary associates, recruiting and interviewing candidates, and aligning employee skills with client hiring needs. The role includes performing resume searches, developing business leads, nurturing client relationships, conducting outside sales calls, presenting additional Surge Staffing products and services, implementing marketing programs for sales calls and public relations, and coaching temporary staff to ensure quality performance. Requires English/Spanish fluency, at least 1 year of sales experience, high school diploma (or equivalent), travel to various locations, and strong proficiency with MS Office; a supervisory/leadership background is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- English and Spanish bilingual proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites as needed
- Ability to read, speak and write in English and Spanish
- Sales-minded, team-oriented and calm under pressure
