Job Summary
Bilingual Talent Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and temporary associates, recruiting and interviewing candidates, and matching employee skills to client needs. Role includes pursuing business leads, maintaining client relationships, maximizing branch profits, and performing administrative tasks. Requires at least 1 year of sales experience, proficiency in English and Spanish, and ability to travel to multiple locations. Emphasis on building partnerships, conducting outside sales calls, presenting Surge Staffing services, training and retaining temporary staff, and coordinating marketing programs and customer development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience preferred
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
- Experience in sales, human resources, or service industry recommended
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites; reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in group settings
- Sales-minded, team-oriented, and calm under pressure
