Job Summary
Bilingual Talent Advisor (English/Spanish) for Surge Staffing; responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, recruiting and interviewing candidates, matching employee skills to client needs, developing business leads, and managing administrative tasks to support branch performance. Requires at least 1 year of sales experience, proficiency in English and Spanish, high school diploma or equivalent, travel to various locations, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Internal, permanent, full-time position with emphasis on client relations, candidate development, and branch profitability.
Required Qualifications
