Job Summary
Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates while acting as a professional liaison between them. Perform resume searches, refer candidates to established pools, and recruit, interview, and retain temporary associates. Strategically match employee skill sets to customer hiring needs and conduct outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships. Present additional Surge Staffing products, implement marketing programs, and troubleshoot problems or complaints for associates and customers. Maximize billable hours to increase market share and branch profits. Requires at least one year of sales experience, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and the ability to travel to various locations.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year of sales experience
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites
- Reliable transportation

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry
