Job Summary
Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates while performing resume searches to fulfill client orders. Recruit, conduct interviews, and follow up with candidates to strategically match employee skill sets to hiring needs. Act as a professional liaison between temporary associates and clients, maximizing billable hours to increase market share. Present additional products and services, implement marketing programs, and nurture strong business partnerships through retention strategies. Recruit, train, and retain temporary associates while troubleshooting complaints from customers and personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- High school diploma
- 1 year of sales experience
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as in a group setting
- Sales-minded, team-oriented and exceptionally calm under pressure
