Perform resume searches to fulfill client orders, strategically match skill sets, and maximize billable hours to increase market share. Recruit, train, and retain temporary associates while coaching them to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction. Act as a liaison between associates and clients, present additional Surge Staffing products, and implement marketing programs for direct mail and in-office demonstrations. Maintain strong business partnerships through retention strategies and outside sales calls to obtain new customers.
