Job Summary
Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates while performing resume searches to fulfill client orders. Recruit, conduct interviews, and follow up with candidates to strategically match skill sets to hiring needs. Act as a liaison between associates and clients, maximizing billable hours and developing business leads. Conduct service and outside sales calls to obtain new partnerships, present additional products, and implement marketing programs. Recruit, train, and retain temporary associates while troubleshooting complaints and resolving problems. Work independently and in groups to nurture strong business partnerships and ensure quality performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- High school diploma
- 1 year of sales experience
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as in a group setting
- Sales-minded, team-oriented and exceptionally calm under pressure
