Job Summary
Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment in veterinary and health-care contexts. Drive sourcing strategies, conduct pre-screening interviews, advise hiring managers, extend offers, and maintain thorough documentation in the applicant tracking system. Build robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, collaborate with branding and operations teams, engage with external search providers when needed, and represent the employer brand at national, industry, and campus events. Must be fluent in English and French, possess strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills, and demonstrate the ability to deliver measurable recruitment outcomes across geographically rural locations. This role emphasizes high-touch, candidate-centric processes and cross-functional collaboration within the People Team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years recruiting experience focusing on hard to fill or niche positions
- Fluently bilingual, English and French
- Experience in veterinary or human health care industries preferred
- Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Able to talent map and build recruiting strategy based on industry or competitor research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High-level negotiation, influence, and presentation skills with senior management
- Demonstrated initiative, collaboration, and team-first mindset
