Job Summary
Create strategic recruitment plans in partnership with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of talent needs. Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Franchisee In Training (FIT) Program, owning the portfolio and identifying, attracting, and selecting future store leaders. Manage full-cycle recruitment across Home Office, Distribution Centres, and leadership development programs by conducting intake meetings, targeted sourcing, and candidate assessments. Provide coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and influence candidates through strong communication. Manage offer negotiations while balancing compensation philosophy and market competitiveness. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. This fully remote role supports recruitment across the organization, with occasional travel to locations for team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field
- Professional-level fluency in both French and English
- The ability to confidently conduct interviews and communicate with candidates and stakeholders in both languages
- Experience building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- The ability to proactively identify, engage, and attract talent through a variety of sourcing methods
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment while partnering effectively with teams across multiple locations
- Experience using an ATS, HRIS (Workday preferred), LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment technologies
- Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and maintain authorization for the duration of employment
