Provide one-on-one, home-based support to a teen with Autism using evidence-based strategies; assist with learning and daily routines during home sessions; collaborate with the family to maintain a positive, supportive environment; accurately record progress and observations; gain exposure to ABA therapy and special education while offering flexible part-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Patient, compassionate, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently in home settings
