Provide one-on-one home-based support for a teen with Autism using evidence-based ABA strategies to develop skills and independence, work closely with the family to maintain a positive home environment, accurately record progress and observations, and communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Patient, compassionate, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently in home settings
