Job Summary
Support customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone to ensure delivery operations run smoothly. Collaborate with the support team and other internal groups to develop the support function. Work full-time (40h/week) in a shift-based schedule covering morning, day, evening, and night shifts to maintain 24/7 customer support operations. Join the team in Baku for mandatory introduction training during the first two weeks.
