Oversee cleaning personnel and assign duties to ensure units are cleaned effectively during peak periods. Inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture for damage, complete weekly report cards, and replace kitchen inventory as needed. Train existing and new staff, resolve guest complaints promptly, and maintain organized storage closets while ensuring a safe working environment. Perform linen inventories and report unit maintenance issues per company procedure. Work irregular hours with full-time and part-time availability, starting at $18.00 per hour with piece-rate bonuses. Report lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper and cultivate strong customer relations across the resort.
