Job Summary
Bilingual Substance Use Counselor needed for outpatient treatment team in Salem, OR. Responsibilities include client-centered, evidence-based and trauma-informed counseling; motivational interviewing; ASAM and DSM-5 assessments; group and individual therapy; documentation and reports; coordinating with referrals; and participation in a multidisciplinary team. Current duties emphasize conducting assessments, facilitating groups, monitoring urinalysis, maintaining records, and supporting recovery goals. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or related field, 1–3 years of addiction counseling experience, and CADC I+ certification with MHACBO. Required Qualifications
- Requires an Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or a related field from an accredited college or university.
