Job Summary
Bilingual Store Manager responsible for leading and managing a Cricket Wireless retailer in Clearwater, FL. Drive the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet or exceed quotas, and supervise day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the sales team, achieving monthly targets (e.g., 200 devices and $6,500 in accessories), handling customer contracts and payments, maintaining product knowledge, executing merchandising and store standards, and resolving customer service issues; requires strong leadership, customer service, and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Salary includes hourly base plus monthly sales bonus; availability to work varied retail hours.
Required Qualifications
