Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations for retail and production teams, ensuring excellence in customer service, safety, and efficiency. Oversee all store activities from sales to performance metrics, while hiring, training, and developing team members. Manage daily cash controls, inventories, reports, and safety documentation to uphold company policies and standards. Foster strong community relationships and support marketing initiatives within an industrial environment. Work retail store hours that may include weekends, overtime, and holidays, performing assigned tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven experience in retail, industrial, automotive, or recycling operations
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in managing safety programs, budgets, and performance metrics
- Solid organizational and administrative skills
- Effective communication and people management abilities
- Intermediate knowledge of auto parts
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors
- Reliable transportation
- Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays)
- Operate in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments
