Bilingual Store Manager

Conduct customer service and facilitate sales while building professional relationships and gaining in-depth knowledge of lending, check cashing, and card services. Manage operations and drive overall store performance, including cash handling, bill pay, and card services, with strict attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Support Sales Associates, prioritize active listening and empathy in interactions, and promote financial services through cross-selling and community marketing. The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit to work independently and manage store operations. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and the position involves standing for extended periods and working 10-12 hours in a confined area.
