Job Summary
Manage store operations and drive overall performance by handling cash, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services with strict attention to detail. Build professional relationships with customers while understanding their unique needs to recommend appropriate financial products and services. Support sales associates, guide them toward success, and actively promote ACE financial services through cross-selling and community marketing strategies. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customer challenges to provide exceptional service. Work 10-12 hours in a confined area, occasionally traveling to other stores, while maintaining bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
