Job Summary
Manage store operations and drive overall performance by handling cash, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services with strict attention to detail. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations while understanding customers' unique needs to recommend appropriate products and services. Support sales associates, guide them toward success, and actively promote ACE financial services through cross-selling and community marketing strategies. Build professional relationships with customers by practicing active listening, clear communication, and empathy. Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit to ensure store success, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and work 10-12 hours in a confined area. Spanish proficiency is preferred.
