Bilingual Store Associate to assist Spanish-speaking customers, determine needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products. Responsible for resolving customer concerns, maintaining high product quality and store visual standards, and helping achieve sales goals. Requires Spanish language proficiency and will work at Store #7650 located at 2690 E Jefferson Ave, Detroit, MI 48207. Interaction with customers may involve minors; access to cash and payment methods; and potential supervised or unsupervised access to store merchandise and sensitive information.
