Job Summary
Conduct daily sales operations by determining customer needs, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to retail and wholesale clients. Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high visual standards and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Process transactions accurately, pull products from inventory, tint and mix paints to specifications, stock shelves, clean equipment, and manage deliveries. Maintain precise work order files and ensure assigned areas remain in-stock and presentable. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The position is located at Store #705490 in East Hanover, NJ, and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and all scheduled hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
