Job Summary
Conduct daily sales service by determining customer needs, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to retail and wholesale clients. Process transactions accurately, tint and mix products to specifications, and maintain precise work order files while stocking shelves and setting up displays. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals by suggesting ways to improve sales and ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Maintain in-stock conditions, clean equipment, and load/unload delivery trucks as needed. Must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, and able to read, write, and communicate in both English and Spanish. Valid unrestricted driver's license required. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours including evenings and weekends, with physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
