Bilingual Staffing Specialist (English/Spanish) responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, recruiting and interviewing candidates, matching skills to client needs, and driving sales initiatives across staffing services. Duties include conducting interviews, maintaining candidate pools, optimizing billable hours, developing leads, coordinating marketing programs, and serving as a liaison between temporary associates and clients across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
