Job Summary
Bilingual Staffing Specialist responsible for delivering superb customer service to clients and temporary associates, recruiting and interviewing candidates, matching employee skill sets to client needs, developing business leads, and expanding branch profits. The role includes conducting service calls, outside sales to obtain new partnerships, presenting Surge Staffing products/services, implementing marketing programs, nurturing client relationships, training and retaining temporary staff, troubleshooting issues, and performing administrative tasks to support quality performance. Requires at least 1 year of sales experience, English and Spanish fluency, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and speak both English and Spanish
- High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred
- Must have sales experience at least 1 year
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites as needed
- Sales-minded, team-oriented and exceptionally calm under pressure
