Job Summary
Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service to clients and temporary employees in English and Spanish. Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates by sourcing through job boards, databases, and referrals. Match candidate skills with client staffing needs and conduct follow-up calls to ensure placement success. Generate new business opportunities through sales, networking, and outside visits to maintain and grow partnerships. Assist Spanish-speaking applicants throughout the hiring process and support branch operations via administrative tasks. Resolve employee and client concerns professionally while contributing to revenue goals and branch growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed
- Professional phone presence
- Customer-focused attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
