Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish while recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. Source talent through job boards, databases, and referrals to match skills with staffing needs, then conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and successful placements. Generate new business opportunities through sales, networking, and outside visits to maintain partnerships and promote Surge Staffing services. Assist Spanish-speaking applicants throughout the hiring process, support branch operations, and help resolve employee and client concerns. This full-time, permanent role requires fluency in English and Spanish, at least one year of sales experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed

- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
