Job Summary
Provide client check-in support, conduct orientation for new temporary employees, and assist with written and oral translations. Recruit and identify qualified candidates to build a pool, then interview, hire, and place them while providing status updates. Perform daily office tasks including entering paperwork, answering phones, and greeting applicants professionally. Process client prescreens, enter candidate and employee files into the Applicant Tracking System, and coach candidates on interview skills and professional conduct. Meet with clients in person, attend tours, and present service reviews. Communicate temporary employee legal issues regarding harassment, suspensions, and non-business conduct per company policy.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Local travel to client sites
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm hours
- Onsite location
- Flexible schedule based on office and client needs
